Paletto reads the colors of a photo and sets it in a gallery-style matte with a swatch strip, ready to share or print. It works entirely on your iPhone or iPad.
Restoring Paletto Pro
Pro, whether yearly, monthly or lifetime, belongs to your Apple Account. On a new device, open Paletto, tap the crown, then Restore Purchase.
Cancelling a subscription
Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Paletto Pro and tap Cancel Subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
The widget shows an old palette
The widget shows the palette from the last frame you saved or shared. Save a frame, and it updates within a few seconds.
Pro frames look locked in the share sheet
The share extension can't make purchases. Buy or restore Pro in the Paletto app once, and the share sheet unlocks too.
Saving to Photos doesn't work
Paletto needs permission to add photos. Go to Settings → Apps → Paletto → Photos and allow it to add photos.
Caption ideas are missing
Caption ideas use Apple Intelligence, which needs a supported device running iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on.
